I see some items on stockshop without live guarantee, why? -- Dec 5 2011, 3:16 PM
I charge a minimal fee on those items for customers' convenience on rearing fish. Though the live foods survive in most shipments, I won't say it's without failure. It's happened mostly due to poor courrier service quality. I will leave it to you taking the chance. However, don't give it up just yet in case of DOA. Give me a photo in its unopened bag, I will try giving a replacement in your next purchase shipment or you pay for the replacement shipment.
