Transhipping Details

EMS shipping mode, this is not a legal way. We still offer it since certain customers prefer this option. We do not responsible for custom clearance.

For customers who require transhipping service i.e. Australia, Canada and United States. Please read the policies before placing any order with us.

1. USD5 per fish for the combined freight shipment from Thailand to United States and Europe. Customer order directly from betta4U stockshop, USD5 per fish. {subject to change, pls ask}
2. Apart of USD5 per fish, the cost of express shipping from Malaysia to Thailand starts from USD25. {subject to change, pls ask}
   
3. We will update customer the shipment details once everything has been confirmed.
4. Customer will get a full refund if the combined shipment is not possible to carry out by betta4U.
5. Australia and Canada customers are required to pay the item 2 described above. Freight shipment cost will be worked out by respective transhippers in your country. Please liase with them on the fees.
